摘  要:本研究经过广泛查阅文献的方式方法,统计近年来抗肿瘤血管生成靶向药物干预的药物,并对药物的研究药物干预进展进行总结。现如今抗肿瘤血管生成靶向药物干预研究进展有:VEGF抗体类血管靶向药物、针对VECFR2抑制剂、可溶性VEGFR、小分子TKIs及其他发展迅速的相关药物。肿瘤血管生成的重要渠道为VEGF-VEGFR信号路径的介导跟有关TME的效果因此,抗血管生成的药物干预就成了恶性肿瘤干预的重点所在。尤其是在近些年以来,随着精准医疗的不断进步,抗血管药物干预和免疫药物干预及其他靶向药物干预的联合应用,不仅能够为恶性肿瘤患者争取到更多的生存时间,与此同时也能够进一步增强抗肿瘤的功效。如阿帕替尼、贝伐单抗以及恩度等药物,在临床抗血管药物干预中的效果显著。但优化抗肿瘤血管生成靶向药物需要明确血管开始正常化至结束正常化的时间窗,该部分内容仍旧需要进行更加深入的探究。本文旨在总结跟探讨抗肿瘤血管生成靶向药物干预研究进展。Through extensive literature review,statistics on the drugs used in anti-tumor angiogenesis targeted therapy in recent years,and the progress of drug research and treatment are summarized.Results:The research progress of anti-tumor angiogenesis targeted therapy is as follows:VEGF antibodybased vascular targeted drugs,VECFR2 inhibitors,soluble VEGFR,small molecule TKIs and other rapidly developing related drugs.Conclusion:The main pathway of tumor angiogenesis is the VEGF-VEGFR signal pathway mediated and related TME.For this reason,anti-angiogenesis therapy has become the key to the treatment of malignant tumors.Especially in recent years,with the continuous advancement of precision medicine,the combined application of anti-vascular therapy,immunotherapy,and other targeted therapies can not only gain more survival time for patients with malignant tumors,but also further enhance resistance.The efficacy of tumors.For example,drugs such as apatinib,bevacizumab,and endurance have significant effects in clinical anti-vascular treatment.However,the normalization time window of angiogenesis and the effect of anti-vascular targeted drugs combined with immunotherapy still need to be further explored.This article aims to summarize and discuss the research progress of anti-tumor angiogenesis targeted therapy.
