阿托伐他汀钙片治疗脑卒中并脑微出血患者的疗效

摘　　要：目的分析阿托伐他汀钙片治疗脑卒中并脑微出血患者的临床效果。方法选取2017年8月至2019年8月我院收治的脑卒中并脑微出血患者,按照随机抽签方式将患者均分为两组,对照组接受常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,观察两组血脂指标、脑微出血病灶、临床效果及不良反应发生情况。结果两组不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者TC、TG、LDL-C、脂蛋白a、HDL-C对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组TC、TG、LDL-C、脂蛋白a、脑微出血病灶比对照组更低,HDL-C比对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取阿托伐他汀钙片治疗脑卒中并脑微出血患者可有效改善其血脂水平,减少脑微出血病灶,临床效果显著。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of atorvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of stroke with cerebral microbleeds.Methods Patients with cerebral apoplexy and cerebral microbleeds admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to August 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group added atorvastatin calcium tablets on the basis of conventional treatment.The blood lipid index,cerebral microbleeds focus,clinical effect and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed.Results There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in TC,TG,LDL-C,lipoprotein a,HDL-C between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,TC,TG,LDL-C,lipoprotein a,cerebral microbleeds lesions of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,HDL-C was lower,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Atorvastatin calcium tablets can effectively improve the blood lipid level and reduce the focus of cerebral microbleeds in patients with stroke and cerebral microbleeds.
