应用技术型大学涉外文秘专业人际关系课程设置的切入点探析

摘　　要：人际关系课程在涉外文秘专业中的地位至关重要,有学者指出:人际关系学=秘书学。而考虑人际关系课程设置时,授课教师首先要考虑的是此课程的授课内容以及方法,特别是涉外文秘专业,教师应该将中外秘书人际关系处理方法的比较,作为课程的切入点。拟通过比较的方法,总结出中外企业秘书处理人际关系方法的差异,将这些差异作为教学中重点,并且以此为基础,进行课程设置和构建。The course of interpersonal relations plays an important role in secretarial profession in foreign affairs.Some researchers even directly pointed out that"interpersonal science is another expression of secretarial science."In the course setting of"interpersonal relationship",the teacher should first consider the teaching content and methods of the course.Especially for the secretarial profession in foreign affairs,teachers should consider the comparison of interpersonal relationship handling methods in secretaries between Chinese and foreign countries as the entry point of the course.Through the method of comparison,this paper summarizes the differences between Chinese and foreign enterprise secretaries in dealing with interpersonal relationship,and takes these differences as the focus of teaching.On this basis,the corresponding curriculum setting and construction are discussed.
