摘　　要：媒介融合是新闻传播行业发展的重要趋势,网络与新媒体专业的人才培养和课程建设需紧密结合这一基础背景。当前该专业的课程建设还存在建设理念不够清晰、缺少新课程的开发、教学手段和方法陈旧等问题,高校需进一步明确培养目标,构建有侧重、有特色的有机融合的跨学科课程体系,加强实践教学,注重开发适应媒介融合发展的新课程,切实提高该专业的人才培养质量。Media convergence is an important trend in the development of Journalism and communication industry.The talent training and curriculum construction of network and new media specialty should be closely combined with this basic background,further clarify the training objectives,build an interdisciplinary curriculum system with emphasis and characteristics,strengthen practical teaching,and pay attention to the development of new courses to adapt to the development of media convergence,Improve the quality of personnel training in this major.
