丁苯酞联合尤瑞克林对急性缺血性脑卒中患者神经功能和生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的观察丁苯酞联合尤瑞克林对急性缺血性脑卒中患者神经功能和生活质量的影响。方法抽取2018年1月-2019年12月福建医科大学附属第一医院收治的缺血性脑卒中患者290例,利用数字随机分配法将患者分为观察组和对照组各145例。观察组给予丁苯酞联合尤瑞克林治疗,对照组给予尤瑞克林治疗。比较2组患者的临床疗效,治疗前后简化Fug-Meyer运动评估量表(FMA)评分、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分及生活质量评分。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为99.31%,高于对照组的82.76%(χ^(2)=18.532,P=0.000);治疗14 d后,2组患者FMA评分均高于治疗前,NIHSS评分均低于治疗前,且观察组升高/降低幅度大于对照组(P<0.01);2组患者生理领域、躯体表现、心理领域、社会环境、社会关系评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论丁苯酞联合尤瑞克林治疗缺血性脑卒中效果显著,可降低患者的肢体麻木感,改善患者活动能力,值得应用。Objective To observe the effects of butylphthalide combined with uricline on neurological function and quality of life in patients with acute ischemic stroke.Methods A total of 290 patients with ischemic stroke admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected. The patients were divided into observation group and control group with 145 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with butylphthalide combined with uricline, while the control group was treated with uricline. The clinical efficacy, FMA score,NIHSS score and quality of life score were compared before and after treatment of two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 99. 31%, higher than 82. 76% of control group( χ^(2)= 18. 532,P= 0. 000). After 14 days of treatment, The FMA score was higher than before, NIHSS score was lower than before, and the increase/decrease of observation group was greater than control group(P< 0. 01). The scores of physiological field, physical performance, psychological field, social environment and social relationship in 2 groups were higher than before treatment, and the observation group was higher than the control group(P< 0. 01).Conclusion Butylphthalide combined with uricline has a significant effect in the treatment of ischemic stroke, which can reduce the numbness of limbs and improve the activity of patients. It is worthy of application.
