摘　　要：水培生菜具有周年连续生产、节约土地资源、安全洁净等优势,已成为主流的水培蔬菜品类。简单介绍了植物工厂的优势及营养液膜技术(NFT)管道水培的组成。从生菜的品种选择、育苗、栽培管理、采后处理等方面阐述了植物工厂NFT管道水培生菜的全程高效栽培管理,并提供了水培生菜的采后处理及保鲜技术。Hydroponic lettuce has the advantages of annual continuous production,saving land resources,safe and clean,etc.and has become the mainstream hydroponic vegetable category.A brief introduction is given of the advantages of the plant factory and the composition of the nutrient film technology(NFT)pipeline hydroponics.From the aspects of lettuce variety selection,seedling raising,cultivation management,post-harvest treatment,etc.,the whole process of high-efficiency cultivation and management of lettuce in the plant factory NFT pipeline hydroponic is explained,and the postharvest treatment and fresh-keeping technology of hydroponic lettuce are provided.
