摘  要:该文运用文献资料调研、问卷调查、数理统计和逻辑推理分析等研究方法,对广东大学城10所高校大学生的体育锻炼现状进行调查与分析,主要从体育锻炼的项目类型、参与频次、持续时间、组织形式及体育锻炼目的5个方面进行探究。结果表明,目前广东省普通高校大学生主要以跑步和瑜伽等有氧运动类项目为主,在锻炼频次和持续时间上主要是每周进行2~3次,每次持续时间为30~60min,组织形式主要是自由组队,体育锻炼的主要目的在于增强体质、促进健康,也有部分原因是热爱体育运动。应大力支持和鼓励大学生参加体育锻炼,进一步丰富运动项目,使其更加多元化,可从合理优化体育锻炼项目、提供利于锻炼的活动指导、丰富锻炼形式及创造良好的体育锻炼条件等4个方面入手。By using the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and logical reasoning analysis,this paper investigates and analyzes the physical exercise status of college students in 10 colleges and universities in Guangdong university town.It mainly probes into the project type,participation frequency,duration,organization form and purpose of physical exercise.The results show that at present,college students in Guangdong Province mainly focus on aerobic sports such as running and yoga.In terms of exercise frequency and duration,it is mainly carried out 2~3 times a week for 30~60min each time.The organization form is mainly free team.The main purpose of physical exercise is to enhance physique and promote health,some reasons are love of sports.We should strongly support and encourage college students to participate in physical exercise,further enrich sports and make them more diversified.We can start from four aspects:reasonably optimizing physical exercise projects,providing activity guidance conducive to exercise,enriching exercise forms and creating good physical exercise conditions.
