摘　　要：目的探讨聚焦解决模式在Crouzon综合征患儿家长健康教育中的应用效果。方法选取2016年6月至2017年12月收治的50例Crouzon综合征患儿为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组25例患儿,对照组给予患儿家长常规健康教育,观察组在对照组的基础上,运用聚焦解决模式实施健康教育。比较两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、Crouzon综合征相关知识的掌握程度及外置牵引器清洁度。结果干预前,两组SAS评分、SDS评分、Crouzon综合征相关知识的掌握程度及外置牵引器清洁度比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组的各项得分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用聚焦解决模式对Crouzon综合征患儿家长进行健康教育,能有效提高其对患儿的护理质量,有助于患儿的全面康复。Obective To explore the effect of solution-focused approach in the health education of Crouzon syndrome's family.Methods From January 2016 to December 2016,50 children with Crouzon syndrome were selected and randomly divided into the control group(n=25)and the observation group(n=25).The family of the control group was given regular health education.The family of the observation group was given health education with solution-focused approach based on the control group.The SAS score,SDS score,knowledge of Crouzon syndrome and cleanliness of external retractors of the two groups were compared.Results Before intervention,there were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in SAS score,SDS score,knowledge of Crouzon syndrome and cleanliness of external retractors(P>0.05).After intervention,the scores of the observation group were higher than that of the control group and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The solution-focused approach in the health education of Crouzon syndrome's family can effectively improve the nursing effect of the patients and contribute to the overall recovery of the patients.
