摘　　要：本文以JCCY-6型井下铲运机为研究对象,通过对井下铲运机铲斗销轴连接形式进行分析,得到了井下铲运机铲斗销轴脱落的原因,并根据其脱落原因优化了销轴的连接形式、给出了销轴防丢失措施。通过对井下铲运机销轴丟失后车辆运行状态和丢失原因分析制作了销轴防丢失风险辨识表,旨在通过技术手段和管理手段保障井下铲运机安全、平稳高效运行。Taking underground scraper JCCY-6 as study target,this article gets the cause of bucket pin shaft falling off from underground scraper after analyzing the connection form of bucket pin shaft,optimizes the connection form according to the reason and proposes precautionary measures to bucket pin shaft loss.Making a risk identification table of the bucket pin shaft through analyzing the operating status of scraper and the loss reason after the bucket pin shaft loss aims at ensuring the safe,stable and efficient operation of the underground scraper.
