摘  要:电流潮流控制器(DC current flow controller,DC CFC)具备直接控制特定线路电流的能力,且能够实现不同线路间功率的定向和定量交互,提高直流电网线路利用效率。为了最大化DC CFC的潮流调节能力,DC CFC的稳态建模及其选址定容问题亟待解决。针对一种新型电流潮流控制器,分析其拓扑结构、工作原理及外特性;提出基于直流线路潮流性能指标和换流站直流输出电压性能指标的综合安全指标,用于系统运行状态评估;根据系统运行状态评估结果,结合DC CFC选址原则,提出DC CFC两阶段分步选址方案;对DC CFC安装容量的经济性指标及电网安全性指标进行综合评估,提出一种DC CFC多目标优化定容策略,该策略可同时兼顾电网运行的安全性与经济性;最后,通过仿真算例校验所提方法的有效性与准确性。A DC Current Flow Controller(DC CFC)not only has the ability to directly control the flow of a target line,but also realizes the orientation and quantitative interaction of power between different lines in order to improve the utilization efficiency of the DC grid lines.For maximizing the power flow adjustment capability of the DC CFC,it is an urgent issue to solve the site selection and capacity determination of the controllers.A new type of DC CFC is proposed and its working principle,topological structure and external characteristics are analyzed.The comprehensive index based on the power flow performance index of the DC lines and the output voltage performance index of the converter station is put forward for the evaluation of the system operation status.According to the evaluation result of the system operation status and combined with the DC CFC site selection principle,a two-stage sequential DC CFC site selection method is determined.On this basis,integrating the economic performance of the DC CFC installation capacity and the security performance of the DC grid,a DC CFC multi-objective optimization capacity strategy considering the economy and safety is presented.The effectiveness and accuracy of the proposed two-stage sequential DC CFC site selection method and the multi-objective optimization capacity strategy are justified by the simulation and calculation example.
