摘 要:绞合型碳纤维复合芯导线作为一种新型架空输电导线,在输电线路增容改造工程中具有良好的应用前景,但由于运行时间较短,缺乏深入研究,尚不能准确评估其特性,目前在弧垂特性方面的研究也不够全面、系统,限制了绞合型碳纤维导线的进一步推广应用。该文在充分考虑绞合型碳纤维导线“拐点温度”特性的基础上,搭建了一套适用于绞合型碳纤维导线的弧垂计算模型,并选取钢芯铝绞线和多种其他类型增容导线与之进行对比。研究结果表明,绞合型碳纤维导线的拐点温度在60~110℃之间;相较其他类型导线,在输电线路运行温度范围内绞合型碳纤维导线的弧垂最小、张力最大、弧垂变化量最小;在各自的长期允许运行温度下,绞合型碳纤维导线和钢芯铝绞线的弧垂差随档距的增加而增大,在2000m档距时,弧垂差可达50m左右,说明在大跨越线路工程中绞合型碳纤维导线能够充分发挥其高温低弧垂特性;在覆冰地区,相比钢芯铝绞线,绞合型碳纤维导线的对地安全性更高,并且覆冰越严重其低弧垂优势更为显著,适合在重覆冰地区应用。As a new type of overhead transmission conductor,the stranded carbon fiber composite core conductor has a good application prospect in transmission line capacity expansion projects.However,due to the short running time and lack of in-depth research,its characteristics cannot be accurately evaluated.The current research on sag characteristics is not comprehensive and systematic enough,restraining the popularization and application of stranded carbon fiber conductors.Therefore,this paper,by fully considering the“inflection point temperature”characteristics of stranded carbon fiber conductors,establishes a set of sag calculation models suitable for this kind of conductors,and selects the steel-core aluminum stranded wire and many other types of augmented capacity conductors for comparative study.The research shows that the inflection point temperature of stranded carbon fiber conductor is between 60℃and 110℃.Compared with other types of conductors,the stranded carbon fiber conductors have the smallest sag,the biggest tension and the smallest sag variation at any operating temperature.At their respective long-term operating temperatures,the sag differences between the stranded carbon fiber conductors and the steel-cored aluminum stranded wires increases with the lengths of the span:when the span is 2000m,the sag difference can reach to about 50m,indicating that the low sag characteristics in high temperatures of the stranded carbon fiber conductors can be fully utilized in large-span line engineering.In ice-covered areas,compared with the steel-cored aluminum wires,the stranded carbon fiber conductors have higher ground safety,and the more severe the ice cover,the more significant its low-sag advantage,so it is suitable for application in thick ice-covered areas.
