摘  要:带电作业是提高配电网可靠性和提升服务质量的重要技术手段,绝缘毯是带电作业中保护作业人员安全的主要遮蔽用具之一。为研究高温对绝缘毯绝缘性能的影响,选择橡胶和树脂绝缘毯为研究对象,开展了不同温度和闪络间距下的沿面闪络特性试验。试验结果表明:随着温度的升高,橡胶和树脂绝缘毯的泄漏电流峰值均有所增大,且在40~80℃时增长幅度更大;当闪络间距为3~5cm、温度为20和80℃时,树脂绝缘毯的绝缘性能更优,其闪络场强分别为7.02、6.33kV/cm;橡胶和树脂绝缘毯的沿面闪络电压均随温度的升高呈线性规律下降,但由于树脂绝缘毯在60~80℃时发生了明显热变形,导致其在高温下的绝缘性能明显下降。因此,在实际带电作业中,应优选树脂绝缘毯,但需关注其高温下的热熔情况,防止其绝缘性能下降较大,危及作业人员安全。Live working is an important technical means to improve the reliability of the power distribution network and the quality of services,and the insulating blanket is one of the main shielding appliances to protect the safety of workers during the live working.In order to study the influence of high temperature on the insulation performance of the insulating blankets,the rubber and resin insulating blankets are selected as the research objects.The surface flashover characteristics tests under different temperatures and flashover distances are carried out.The results show that the leakage current peaks of the rubber and resin insulating blankets are both increased with the increase of temperature,and the increase rate is greater when the temperature is within 40~80℃.When the flashover distance is in 3~5 cm,and the temperature is at 20 or 80℃,the resin insulation blanket has a better insulation performance with its flashover field strength at 7.02 and 6.33 kV/cm respectively.The flashover voltages of the rubber and resin insulating blankets decrease linearly with the increase of temperature,but the insulation performance of the resin insulating blanket under high temperature decreases obviously due to the obvious thermal deformation around 60~80℃.Hence,in the actual live working,the resin insulation blanket should be preferred.However,it is necessary to pay attention to the hot melting phenomenon at high temperature in case its insulation performance decreases greatly and endangers the safety of the operators.
