摘　　要：发展新能源是贯彻落实新发展理念,响应国家应对气候变化政策的政治要求,落实“双碳”目标的有力行动,也是油气田企业实现高质量发展的必然选择。长庆油田具有新能源业务发展与油气产业链高度融合,油气生产规模大、带动效益强,风、光等自然资源丰富等基础优势,为新能源业务可持续发展奠定良好基础,应用前景广阔。Developing new energy is a powerful action to implement the new development concept,respond to the political requirements of the national climate change policy,and implement the"double carbon"goal.It is also the inevitable choice for oil and gas field enterprises to achieve high-quality development.Changqing Oilfield has the basic advantages of high integration of new energy business development and oil and gas industry chain,large oil and gas production scale,strong driving efficiency,rich natural resources such as wind and light,which lays a good foundation for the sustainable development of new energy business and has broad application prospects.
