摘 要:汽车排气系统金属波纹管疲劳寿命是波纹管性能的重要评价指标。运用SolidWorks进行参数化建模,利用HyperMesh创建有限元模型;通过MSC.Patran与MSC.Nastran对波纹管进行应力分析,得到应力集中位置。设计正交试验分析波纹管不同结构参数下的应力分布,结果表明:金属波纹管壁厚对其疲劳寿命影响最大,波高影响次之,波径和波距变化对疲劳寿命影响相对较小;金属波纹管各结构参数的最优组合方案为A_(1)B_(3)C_(1)D_(1),即壁厚为0.15 mm,波高为13 mm,波径为1.8 mm,波距为6 mm。Fatigue life of metal bellows in automobile exhaust system is an important evaluation index of bellows performance.SolidWorks was used for parametric modeling,and HyperMesh was used to create a finite element model.Stress analysis of bellow was carried out through MSC.Patran and MSC.Nastran to obtain the stress concentration position.Orthogonal experiments were designed to analyze the stress distribution of bellow under different structural parameters.The results show that the wall thickness of metal bellows has the greatest influence on its fatigue life,followed by wave height,and the changes of wave diameter and wave distance have relatively little influence on its fatigue life.The optimal combination scheme of various structural parameters of metal bellows is A_(1)B_(3)C_(1)D_(1),that is,the wall thickness is 0.15 mm,the wave height is 13 mm,the wave diameter is 1.8 mm and the wave distance is 6 mm.
