摘 要:PC构件是装配式建筑的重要组成部分,选择一个可靠的装配式建筑PC构件供应商是建设项目顺利完成的重要保障。鉴于此,对PC构件供应商选择方法进行研究具有一定的现实意义。首先,通过文献研究及专家调查,建立装配式建筑PC构件供应商综合评价指标体系,本指标体系包含构件质量、构件成本等7项一级指标,构件外观质量、构件合格率等27项二级指标;其次,提出基于模糊理论的装配式建筑PC构件供应商的综合评价方法,并指出该方法的优势;最后,对本次研究进行总结并给出相关结论。PC component is an important part of prefabricated building.Choosing a reliable PC component supplier is an important guarantee for the successful completion of the construction project.Therefore,it is of practical significance to study the selection method of PC component suppliers.Firstly,through literature research and expert investigation,a comprehensive evaluation index system for PC component suppliers of prefabricated buildings is established.The index system includes seven first-class indexes such as component quality and component cost,and 27 second-class indexes such as component appearance quality and component qualification rate;Secondly,a comprehensive evaluation method for PC component suppliers of prefabricated buildings based on fuzzy theory is proposed,and its advantages of this method are pointed out;Finally,this paper summarizes the research and gives relevant conclusions.
