高校学生社区在日常生活劳动教育中的功能探索与实践

摘　　要：高校学生社区是大学生从事日常生活劳动实践的重要场域,承载着获取日常生活劳动知识、培养劳动技能、塑造劳动价值观等功能。高校可以通过营造社区劳动氛围、搭建劳动锻炼平台、强化劳动教育顶层设计、推动劳动素质综合评价等方式,引导帮助大学生树立正确的劳动观念、涵育丰富的劳动情感、培养扎实的劳动能力、培育高尚的劳动精神。Student community serves as an important field for college students'routine labor practice,where college students can acquire knowledge about daily life activities,build labor skills and form correct labor values.Colleges and universities should work to create a favorable community labor atmosphere,provide a solid labor platform,strengthen top-level design and comprehensive evaluation of labor qualities so as to help students develop a correct attitude towards labor,build labor skills and become a person with a noble labor spirit.
