摘 要:高校学生管理中学业发展的提出有其现实的依据与意义。学生学业发展将意义学习理论作为理论基础,在实践上根据学生的心理特点、接受程度等有针对性地开展形式多样的项目活动,确保学生学业发展的有效性。学生管理中学业发展的提出,是切实助力青年成才成长和扎实推进高校辅导员队伍建设的重要举措,也是新时代提升高校思想政治教育质量和培养高质量人才的有效路径。It is both important and meaningful to realize that academic development should be a focus of college student management.Educators must be familiar with the theory of meaningful learning and the psychological characteristics and acceptance level of the students and conduct activities in a targeted manner to help students with their academic development.Placing emphasis on academic development in student management is a significant move for college students'comprehensive growth and college advisors'team construction;it is also an effective pathway to improve ideological and political education in colleges and universities and enhance the quality of talent cultivation in the new era.
