摘　　要：介绍县域医共体建设情况,分析“互联网+医共体”存在的不足,从顶层设计、路径规划、人才培育3方面提出推进县域医共体建设的实施路径,助力分级诊疗制度落实,推进健康乡村建设。The paper introduces the construction situation of county medical community,analyzes the shortcomings of“Internet+medical community”,and puts forward the implementation path to promote the construction of county medical community from three aspects of top-level design,path planning and talent cultivation,so as to help implement the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system and promote the construction of healthy villages.
