摘  要:为提高淀粉在纺织经纱上浆中的应用效果,本文在水介质中,以Fe^(2+)-H_(2)O_(2)为引发剂,采用淀粉先与亲水性单体(丙烯酸)接枝共聚后再与亲油性单体(丙烯酸甲酯)接枝共聚的两步接枝共聚方法,合成了两亲性接枝淀粉(PAA-g-S-g-PMA),并与PVA-1788共混,研究了这种接枝淀粉与PVA-l788的共混比例对共混物的浆液表观粘度、粘附力及共混浆膜性能的影响。结果表明:随着PVA-l788共混比例的增加,共混物的浆液表观粘度降低;对涤纶纤维和棉纤维的粘附性能明显提高;共混浆膜的断裂强度先降低后上升,断裂伸长率和耐屈曲性能显著增加,表明膜的韧性逐渐增大。In order to improve the application effect of starch in textile warp sizing, in this paper, amphiphilic graft starch(PAA-g-S-g-PMA) was synthesized by two-step graft copolymerization of starch with hydrophilic monomer(acrylic acid) and then with lipophilic monomer(methyl acrylate) in aqueous medium with Fe^(2+)-H_(2)O_(2)as its initiator. PAA-g-S-g-PMA was blended with PVA-1788. The effects of weight ratio of the grafted starch and PVA-l788 on the apparent viscosity, adhesion and mechanical properties of the blend were studied. The results show that with the increase of PVA-1788 blending ratio, the apparent viscosity of the mixed size decreases, the adhesion between polyester fiber and cotton fiber is obviously improved, the breaking strength of the blended sizing film first decreases and then increases, and the elongation at break and buckling resistance increase significantly,indicating that the toughness of the film gradually increases.
