关务与外贸服务专业的人才培养策略——基于海南自由贸易港建设研究

摘　　要：通过数据分析和企业调研,结合对《海南自由贸易港建设总体方案》的研究,阐述海南自由贸易港报关人才培养的必要性,以及自由贸易港报关人才的能力和素质的特殊要求;基于2021年教育部公布的职业教育专业目录调整,报关与国际货运专业更名为关务与外贸服务,专业内涵有所拓展,提出了结合需求制定相应的关务与外贸服务人才培养的策略,以期建立符合自由贸易港关务需求的人才培养体系,提升关务与外贸服务人才培养的质量。By data analysis and survey of relative enterprises,then combined with the study of"Master Plan for the Construction of Hainan Free Trade Port",this paper expounds the necessity of developing talents in customs declaration in Hainan free trade port,and discusses about the special requirements for the ability and quality of customs declaration talents in the free trade port.Based on the adjustment of the catalogue of Vocational Education Majors announced by the Ministry of Education at the end of 2020,the specialty of Customs Declaration&International Freighting has been renamed as Customs Declaration&Foreign Trade Services,and its professional connotation has been expanded.In this paper,the author puts forward the strategy of the training of students of Customs Declaration&Foreign Trade Services specialty according to the needs of the free trade port,to establish a personnel training system in line with the needs of free trade port and improve the quality of personnel training of Customs Declaration&Foreign Trade Services.
