摘 要:循环水系统全部使用生水,则设备结垢严重;全部使用纯水,则其中氯离子对不锈钢散热器的腐蚀更为严重[1]。黑色金属和有色金属在高浓度的氯离子化合物作用下,会发生点蚀,严重的点腐蚀可造成设备穿透,使副水与纯水混合,降低系统中纯水电导率,影响系统安全。本文从氯根的来源、排污量、影响水量消耗的温度三个因素来定量预测循环水中的氯根含量,建立模型,拟定回归方程,进行线性拟合,为运行管理提供决策依据,防止腐蚀不锈钢散热片。If all the circulating water systems use raw water,the equipment will scale seriously,and if all the circulating water systems use pure water,the corrosion of the stainless steel radiator by chloride ion will be more serious.Under the action of high concentration of chlorine ionic compound,pitting corrosion of Ferrous and Nonferrous metal can occur.Severe Pitting Corrosion can cause equipment penetration,mix auxiliary water with pure water,reduce the conductivity of pure water in the system and affect the safety of the system.In this paper,the content of chlorine root in circulating water is quantitatively predicted from three factors:the source of chlorine root,the amount of pollutant discharged,and the temperature affecting water consumption,perform a linear fit,prevent corrosion of stainless steel fins.
