摘 要:VLCC船舶发电机短路电流巨大,易导致主要电力设备永久性损坏。因此合理的电力设备动、热稳定性校验至关重要。依据某VLCC船舶电力参数,选择三个具有代表性的短路点,计算出短路电流,并按照规范对断路器和母排在正常及非正常条件下进行动、热稳定性校验,最后依据相关参数进行仿真。经计算与仿真验证,所选断路器和母排在多种运行条件下均能满足动、热稳定性校验要求,保证了船舶安全可靠运行。同时也为探讨VLCC设备选型的合理性以及动、热稳定性校验提供一定帮助。If a generator of VLCC ship has large short circuit current,that causes the permanent damage of main electrical equipment easily.Therefore,reasonable dynamic and thermal stability checks of electrical equipments are very crucial.In this paper,according to the electrical parameters of a VLCC ship,three representative short-circuit points are selected to calculate the short-circuit current.The dynamic and thermal stability checks of the circuit breaker and busbar under normal and abnormal conditions according to the specifications are introduced.Finally,the simulation is carried out according to the relevant parameters.The calculation and simulation results show that the selected circuit breaker and busbar can meet the requirements of dynamic and thermal stability test under various operating conditions,which provides some guidance for the discussion of the rationality of VLCC equipment selection and the dynamic and thermal stability check.
