摘　　要：目的探讨人脑胶质瘤微小核糖核酸-145-5p(miR-145-5p)的表达变化及其与病人预后的关系。方法收集2016年6月~2018年6月手术切除的人脑胶质瘤组织155例和同期颅脑损伤颅内减压术切除的非肿瘤脑组织56例(对照组),采用qRTPCR法检测miR-145-5p的表达水平。胶质瘤病人术后随访36个月,记录病人生存情况。结果脑胶质瘤组miR-145-5p相对表达量明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。随访截止时,生存85例,死亡70例。多因素Cox比例回归风险模型分析显示miR-145-5p高表达是胶质瘤病人生存预后不良的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。生存曲线分析显示,miR-145-5p低表达3年累积生存率(54.74%)较高表达组(80.00%)明显降低(P<0.001)。结论脑胶质瘤miR-145-5p呈低表达,与胶质瘤病人生存预后密切相关。Objective To explore the expression of microribonucleic acid-145-5p(miR-145-5p)in human glioma tissues and its relationship with the prognoses of glioma patients.Methods The expression levels of miR-145-5p were detected using qRT-PCR method in glioma tissues obtained form 155 glioma patients who underwent microsurgery and in non-tumor cerebral tissues obtained from 56 patients with traumatic brain injury(control group)who underwent decompression from June 2016 to June 2018.The patients with glioma were followed up for 36 months after the operation,and the survival status of the patients was recorded.Results The relative expression level of miR-145-5p in the glioma group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).At the end of followup,85 glioma patients survived and 70 died.Multivariate Cox proportional regression risk model analysis showed that high expression of miR-145-5p was an independent risk factor for the poor survival prognoses of patients with glioma(P<0.05).Survival curve analysis showed that the 3-year cumulative survival rate of miR-145-5p low expression group(54.74%)was significantly lower than that(80.00%)of the higher expression group(P<0.001).Conclusions The expression of miR-145-5p in glioma is low,which is closely related to the survival prognosis of patients with glioma.
