高校技术转移机构现状及发展建议

摘　　要：近年来,国内高校技术转移机构蓬勃发展,各大高校都以不同形式建立起校内成果转化平台。在建立了基本技术转移体系之后,校内科技成果难于向产业输送的压力得到缓解,但随着创新驱动发展的深入,高校需要进一步寻找制约成果转化的深层原因。为了用活技术转移机构这一工具,结合国内高校实例,从产业对接桥梁、人才培育基地、政策和资金平台、外延科研空间4方面分析了国内高校技术转移机构现状,指出高校技术转移机构存在的问题,并提出优化对策。In recent years,technology transfer institutions in domestic universities have developed vigorously. Major universities have established achievement transformation platforms in different forms. After the establishment of the basic technology transfer system,the pressure that it is difficult for the scientific and technological achievements to be transmitted to the industry has been relieved. However,with the deepening of innovation-driven development,universities need to further find the deep reasons restricting the transformation of achievements. In order to make good use of technology transfer institutions as a tool, combined with the examples of domestic universities,this paper analyzes the current situation of technology transfer institutions in domestic universities from four aspects:industrial connection bridges,talent cultivation bases,policy and capital platforms, and extended scientific research spaces,points out the existing problems of technology transfer institutions in universities, and puts forward optimization countermeasures.
