摘　　要：阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer disease,AD)和额颞叶痴呆(frontotemporal dementia,FLTD)是最主要的痴呆相关疾病,记忆下降是AD的主要症状,FLTD还伴有行为个性变化。近年来,随着国外转基因小鼠的引入,越来越多的研究者采用转基因小鼠研究痴呆相关疾病。The tau transgenic mouse is a valuable model for exploring pathophysiological mechanism of Alzheimer disease and other tauopathies.However,there has not been a summary for the characteristics of different tau transgenic mice and the corresponding application in the research area.This review article contains the following aspects:the promoter,the isoforms of tau,the characteristics of tau pathology,the motor changes and the behavior changes of popular human tau transgenic mice,which is certainly helpful for researchers to selecte appropriate animal model based on their research objectives.
