摘  要:通过构建低碳贸易竞争力指数,测度了2010—2015年“一带一路”沿线国家的低碳贸易竞争力水平。研究结果表明:新加坡的低碳贸易竞争力指数最高,白俄罗斯最低;中国的低碳贸易竞争力具有低比较劣势。大多数国家第二产业和第三产业的低碳贸易竞争力指数低于第一产业的指数。中国电力、燃气和水的生产与供应业的低碳贸易竞争力指数最低,纺织和服装业的低碳贸易竞争力指数最高,具有较高比较优势。The article measured the low-carbon trade competitiveness of countries along the Belt and Road from 2010 to 2015 by constructing a low-carbon trade competitiveness index.The results show that:(a)Singapore has the highest low-carbon trade competitiveness index and Belarus has the lowest.China's low-carbon trade competitiveness has a low comparative disadvantage.(b)The low-carbon trade competitiveness index of the secondary and tertiary industries in most countries is lower than that of the primary industry.(c)China's power,gas,and water production and supply industries have the lowest low-carbon trade competitiveness index,and the textile and clothing industries have the highest low-carbon trade competitiveness index,which has a relatively high comparative advantage.
