摘 要:建立了低浓度对甲苯磺酸(p-TsOH)协同过氧化氢预处理体系,评估其对玉米秸秆(CS)组分脱除以及预处理后固体酶水解性能的影响。结果表明,在25%(wt)的p-TsOH和0.4 g/g CS的H_(2)O_(2)体系中,100℃下反应30 min,可去除CS中88.9%的木质素,经预处理CS渣的酶水解还原糖产率可达96.1%。利用多种表征手段对预处理前后的CS进行对比分析,发现该预处理方法能有效脱除CS中大部分的木质素和部分半纤维素,改变木质纤维素组分之间的化学连接键,从而促进经预处理底物的酶水解过程。A pretreatment method using p-toluenesulfonic acid(p-TsOH)and H_(2)O_(2) was established,and its impacts on lignin removal and enzymatic hydrolysis of the pretreated corn stover(CS)were evaluated.The optimized pretreatment conditions were determined as following:CS was pretreated in a mixture of p-TsOH(25%(wt))and H_(2)O_(2)(0.4 g/g CS)at 100℃for 30 min,resulting in 88.9%of lignin removal and 96.1%reducing sugar yield from the pretreated CS.The CS samples collected before and after the pretreatment were compared by using different characterization methods and the results showed that the pretreatment method could effectively remove most of lignin and a portion of hemicellulose from CS,and alter the chemical bonding between lignocellulosic components,thus enhanced the digestibility of the pretreated CS.
