摘 要:本文运用问卷调查法、特尔斐法、AHP法等研究方法,构建了5项一级指标,14项二级指标、34项三级指标的青少年体育素养评价指标体系,并通过评价指标的层次等级划分和权重系数,将评价体系转化为可操作的《青少年体育素养评价标准》;《青少年体育素养评价标准》为教师实现对全学段学生体育素养水平评价和诊断提供了科学依据,作为期望目标值具有阶段性与动态性特点;体育素养评价目的不仅是证明已有素养的高低,更重要的是改良体育素养养成方式,使青少年综合素养在新时代背景下不断提高,从而促进教育教学过程贯彻“立德树人”,注重“五育并举”和“三全育人”,为祖国未来的强盛打下坚实基础。This paper uses questionnaire survey method,Delphi method,AHP method and other research methods to construct a youth physical literacy evaluation index system with 5 first-level indicators,14 second-level indicators,and 34 third-level indicators,and passes the levels of evaluation indicators.The grade division and weight coefficient transform the evaluation system into an operable"Adolescent Physical Literacy Evaluation Standard";the"Adolescent Physical Literacy Evaluation Standard"provides a scientific basis for teachers to realize the evaluation and diagnosis of the physical literacy level of all students in the school,as an expectation The target value has the characteristics of stage and dynamic;the purpose of physical literacy evaluation is not only to prove the level of existing literacy,but more importantly,to improve the way to cultivate physical literacy,so that the comprehensive literacy of young people will continue to improve in the context of the new era.In order to promote education and teaching process to implement the"Build virtue and cultivate people",pay attention to"five education simultaneously"and"three comprehensive education",and lay a solid foundation for the future prosperity of the motherland.
