摘  要:目的:分析及测量穿翼种植的相关解剖学数据。方法:选取上颌磨牙缺失并伴有牙槽嵴萎缩性吸收患者的锥形束CT(cone beam computed tomography,CBCT)数据,运用SimPlant 11.04软件重建患者颌骨及翼腭管的三维模型,在三维模型上使用13、15、18 mm的虚拟种植体模拟穿翼种植,并测量穿翼种植体在近远中向及颊舌向与眶耳平面的夹角,分析植体与翼腭管在矢状位及冠状位的空间关系。结果:本研究共纳入96颗虚拟种植体,植体与眶耳平面在近远中向的夹角为(69.15±4.92)°,在颊舌向为(77.61±3.41)°。植体与翼腭管的空间关系均可分为3种:X型、平行、相交。结论:穿翼种植体植入前,须常规对植入路径分析和规划,以规避手术风险。Objective:To analyze and measure the anatomic data of pterygoid implants.Methods:Cone beam computed tomography(CBCT)data of patients with missing maxillary molars and atrophic absorption of alveolar ridge were selected.SimPlant 11.04 software was used to reconstruct the three-dimensional model of maxilla and pterygopalatine canal.Virtual implants of 13 mm,15 mm and 18 mm were used to simulate pterygoid implant on the three-dimensional model.The angle between the implant and Frankfurt plane was analyzed in the mesiodistal and buccolingual directions.The spatial relationship between the implant and pterygopalatine canal was evaluated in the sagittal and coronal positions.Results:There were 96 virtual implants in this study,the angle between the implant and Frankfurt plane in the mesiodistal direction was(69.15±4.92)°,and in the buccolingual direction was(77.61±3.41)°respectively.The spatial relationship between the implant and pterygopalatine canal could be divided into 3 types:X-shaped,parallel type,and intersecting type.Conclusion:Before pterygoid implants were placed,it is necessary to analyze and plan the implantation path to avoid the risk of surgery.
