X线CT磁共振成像联合应用对骨巨细胞瘤的诊断效果及准确率分析

摘　　要：目的探讨X线、CT、磁共振成像(MRI)联合应用对骨巨细胞瘤的诊断效果及准确率。方法回顾性分析2013年1月至2020年10月我院收治的18例骨巨细胞瘤患者的临床资料,对所有患者的X线、CT、MRI影像学检查表现进行探讨分析。结果18例患者病变部位主要在股骨远端、胫骨近端、桡骨远端、股骨大粗隆等部位;X线检查可很好地发现患者病变部位及相关情况,CT和MRI能够进一步发现病变情况,三者联合应用,可以发现18例患者中15例患者存在溶骨性骨质破坏、骨皮质变薄,并可见形态不规则或密度不均匀软组织密度影;13例患者T1WI呈等或低信号,T2WI呈高信号,还有7例患者病灶及周围组织呈现出片状异常信号;5例患者病灶存在转移情况等。结论X线、CT、MRI联合应用可有效提高骨巨细胞瘤的诊断效果及准确率,有助于为患者制定更加科学有效的治疗方案提供参考依据,提高患者治疗效果。Objective To study and analyze the diagnostic effect and accuracy of the combined application of X-ray,CT and MRI on giant cell tumor of bone.Methods The clinical data of 18 patients with giant cell tumor of bone admitted to our hospital from January 2013 to October 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.The X-ray,CT,and MRI imaging findings of all patients were discussed and analyzed.Results The lesions of 18 patients were mainly in the distal femur,proximal tibia,distal radius,and greater trochanter of femur;X-ray examination can well find the lesions and related conditions of the patients,and CT and MRI can further find the lesions If three methods are combined,it can be found that 15 patients have osteolytic bone destruction,thinning of bone cortex,and irregular shape or uneven density of soft tissue density,13 cases showed equal or low signal on T1WI,T2WI showed high signal,and 7 cases showed abnormal signal in the lesion and surrounding tissue,5 cases had metastasis.Conclusion The combined application of X-ray,CT,and MRI can effectively improve the diagnostic effect and accuracy of giant cell tumor of bone,and help to provide a reference for patients to formulate more scientific and effective treatment plans and improve the treatment effect of patients.
