摘  要:目的探讨核磁共振(MRI)与CT检查对颅内肿瘤的鉴别诊断价值。方法选择我院以及淮安市第一人民医院2018年1月至2020年8月收治的患者80例,所有患者均接受CT、MRI技术检查,依照不同的检查方式分组(MRI组和CT组),结合病理学检查结果,计算比较2种检查技术的颅内肿瘤鉴别诊断价值。结果MRI组在疾病诊断方面更占优势,其准确度、特异度、灵敏度分别为96.2%、91.7%、97.0%,均高于CT检查组87.5%、75.0%、89.7%,MRI在疾病检查方面更占优势且在脑膜瘤、蛛网膜囊肿、髓母细胞瘤等不同肿瘤疾病的鉴别方面也较占优势(P<0.05)。结论在对颅内肿瘤患者进行鉴别诊断时,采用MRI与CT技术均能起到一定的辅助效果,但MRI影像质量相对更高,更有助于疾病鉴别诊断,制定治疗方案。Objective To explore the differential diagnosis value of MRI and CT for intracranial tumors.Methods Eighty patients admitted to our hospital and Huai'an First People's Hospital from January 2018 to August 2020 were randomly selected and guided.All patients underwent CT and MRI technical examinations.Combined with the results of pathological examinations,the differential diagnosis value of intracranial tumors of the two examination techniques was calculated and compared.Results The MRI group was more dominant in disease diagnosis.Its accuracy,specificity,and sensitivity were respectively 96.2%,91.7%,and 97.0%,which were all higher than the CT examination group(87.5%,75.0%,89.7%).MRI was more dominant,especially in the differentiation of different tumor diseases such as meningiomas,arachnoid cysts,and medulloblastomas(P<0.05).Conclusion In the differential diagnosis of patients with intracranial tumors,magnetic resonance(MRI)and CT technology can play a certain auxiliary effect,but the quality of the impact of MRI technology is relatively higher,which is more helpful for the differential diagnosis of diseases and developing a treatment plan.
