加味六磨汤联合生物反馈治疗功能性便秘临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察加味六磨汤联合生物反馈治疗功能性便秘的疗效。方法:选择功能性便秘患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。对照组予乳果糖联合生物反馈治疗,治疗组予加味六磨汤联合生物反馈治疗;疗程均为20天。比较两组临床疗效以及治疗前后排便困难程度、排便间隔时间、大便性状、肛门阻塞感、排便不尽感、肠鸣矢气和精神情志方面的评分。结果:治疗组总有效率为93.3%,高于对照组的73.3%,差异具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);治疗后,两组的排便困难程度、排便间隔时间、大便性状、肛门阻塞感和排便不尽感较治疗前明显改善,且治疗组评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论:加味六磨汤联合生物反馈治疗便秘疗效优于乳果糖联合生物反馈治疗。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of modified Liumo decoction and biofeedback on functional constipation.Methods:60 cases of selected patients with functional constipation were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with lactulose and biofeedback,while the treatment group was treated with modified Liumo decoction and biofeedback.The course of treatment was 20 days.The clinical effect and the scores of defecation difficulty degree,defecation interval time,stool character,anal obstruction feeling,endless defecation feeling,bowel sound and flatus as well as mental emotion were compared between two groups before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was 93.3%,which was higher than 73.3%of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).After treatment,the defecation difficulty,defecation interval time,stool character,anal obstruction feeling and endless defecation feeling were significantly improved in both groups compared with before treatment,and the score of treatment group was lower than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of modified Liumo decoction and biofeedback on constipation is better than that of lactulose and biofeedback.
