研究生招生线上复试工作的几点思考

摘　　要：近几年来,参加全国硕士研究生招生考试的人数在逐年增加。考生之间的竞争压力越来越大,招生单位的压力也越来越大。考研复试成为研究生招生单位在初试佼佼者中根据培养目标选拔理想人才的重要环节。2020年全国各高校的研究生招生均开启了线上复试工作。线上复试很大程度节省了时间成本,同时也突破了空间限制,为复试工作提供了便利。但是线上复试对复试纪律提出了更高的要求。如何合理设置线上复试的各个环节,确保公平公正地选拔人才,是社会关注和思考的问题。In recent years,the number of people taking the national postgraduate entrance examination has been increasing year by year,which leads to the increasing pressure of competition among candidates and the enrollment units.The re-examination of postgraduate entrance examination is an important part of the selection of ideal talents based on the training objectives among the outstanding candidates in the initial examination.In 2020,the online re-examination work was carried out for the graduate enrollment of colleges and universities across the country.It saves time and cost,breaks through the space limitation and provides convenience.However,it puts higher demands on the examination discipline.How to set up each link of the online re-examination reasonably to ensure fair and equitable selection of talents is a matter of concern and consideration by the society.
