摘 要:深化技师型人才培养路径是实现高职教育内涵发展,实现大国工匠的必经之途。以高职教育基本规律、社会行业需求为出发点,在大众教育基础上开展高职技师型精英人才培养是高职高技能人才培养的一个重要途径。在对“分类培养、分层教学、尊重选择、多样成才”人才培养模式进行研究的基础上,提出“给教师足够空间,给学生足够自由,以自律为依据,以技能为导向”的教育理念,以服务外包项目为载体的实践教学模式、“三方向六化融合”的学科竞赛体系、“一依托两融合”的高等级证书培训模式为核心构建技师型精英人才多元化培养路径,取得了显著成效。Deepening the training path of technician-type talents is the only way to promote the connotation development of higher vocational education and to realize the craftsmen of big country.With the basic laws of higher vocational education and the needs of the social industry as the starting point,the training of vocational technician-type elite talents on the basis of mass education is an important way of cultivating higher vocational talents.Based on the research of talent training model of“categorized training,hierarchical teaching,respect for choice,and diverse talents”,this paper puts forward the educational concept of“giving teachers enough space,giving students enough freedom,self-discipline as the basis,and skill-orientation”.The practice teaching model with the outsourcing project as the carrier,the subject competition system of“three directions and six integration”,and the high-level certificate training model of“one support and two integration”are taken as the core to build a diversified training path for technician-type elite talents,which has achieved remarkable results.
