摘　　要：目的探讨依托区域全民健康信息平台,实现结核病全程智慧管理设计与建设。方法采用SOA架构技术,整合有关机构结核病业务应用系统,实现结核病防治信息互联互通和业务协同;基于B/S架构,部署应用服务器和数据库服务器;平台仅运行于湖北省宜昌市卫生专网,用户使用CA证书登录使用。结果依托区域全民人口健康信息平台,构建结核病全程智慧管理信息系统,实现了综合医疗机构结核病智能强制报告与转诊;实现了患者的实时分拣;实现了结核病患者报告、转诊、追踪、登记、分拣、随访、管理全疗程信息的实时流转,结核病防治管理各环节更加智能化。结论应用信息化手段创新探索了结核病防治管理模式,实现了结核病防治服务信息的互联共享,有利于结核病“医防合作”的落地。Objective To explore the design of tuberculosis(TB)information system of the whole course intelligent management based on regional population health information platform.Methods The SOA architecture technology was adopted to integrate the TB business application system of relevant institutions to realize the information interconnection and business collaboration of TB control.Deploy application server and database server based on B/S architecture;The platform only runs on the health network in Yichang city,and users log in using the CA certificate.Results Relying on the regional population health information platform,the"TB whole course intelligent management information system"was constructed.The intelligent mandatory report system was built to realize the intelligent mandatory report and referral of tuberculosis in comprehensive medical institutions.Connected with the basic public health service platform at the grassroots level,realizing real-time patient sorting;Based on the information sharing and comprehensive application of TB patients,real-time circulation of TB patients'reports,referrals,tracking,registration,sorting,follow-up,and management of the whole course of treatment has been realized,and all aspects of TB prevention and treatment have become more intelligent.Conclusion The application of informationization means innovatively exploring the management mode of TB prevention and treatment,realized the interconnection and sharing of TB prevention and treatment service information,and was conducive to the implementation of"Medical prevention cooperation"on TB prevention and treatment.
