摘　　要：为加快推进智慧医院建设,满足“互联网+医疗健康”应用的需要,改善患者就医体验,北京大学第一医院结合医院现状和特点,对院内实体就诊卡进行了改造。医院按照国家电子健康卡的规范要求,做好电子健康卡的基础工作,建立电子就诊卡,满足线上应用的需求。电子就诊卡是“互联网+”新形势下线上应用的延伸与服务形态的创新,是打通线上及线下就医的关键节点,支持后续线上挂号、支付、报告查询等应用,也为跨院服务提供了基础,保障了医疗信息安全。To accelerate the construction of the intelligent hospital,improve patients'medical experience,Peking University First Hospital considered the current situation and characteristics of the hospital,reformed the hospital medical card.The establishment of e-health card,according to the requirements of the national e-health card specification,does the basic work of e-health card,to meet the needs of online application.Set up electronic medical card,according to the requirements of national electronic health card specification,as the basic electronic health card,to meet the needs of the online application.Electronic medical card is the extension of offline application and the innovation of service form in the new situation of"Internet+".It is the key node of connecting online and offline medical treatment.It is the basis of subsequent online registration,payment,report inquiry,and other applications,and provides the basis for cross-hospital services,and guarantees the security of medical information.
