摘  要:以三明4年竹龄的毛竹为研究对象,测试毛竹材顺纹抗拉强度值。依据JG/T199—2007分别对12个有竹节试件和12个无竹节试件进行试验,获得了它们在不同含水率时的顺纹抗拉强度值;为消除含水率差异的影响,将测试值均转化成含水率为12%时的顺纹抗拉强度值,并与已有文献中相应结果进行比较。结果表明:含水率为12%左右时,竹材顺纹抗拉强度值最为理想;竹节的存在在一定程度上减弱了竹片材的顺纹抗拉强度值;试验获得有竹节和无竹节的毛竹材的顺纹抗拉强度值分别为185.54和156.63MPa。Taking the Phyllostachys pubescens of Sanming as the research object, the experiment was conducted to study the tensile strength of Phyllostachys pubescens with the age of 4 years along the grain direction. According to JG/T 199-2007, 12 specimens with bamboo nodes and 12 specimens without bamboo nodes were tested respectively, and the tensile strength value along the grain at different moisture content was obtained;In order to eliminate the effects of moisture content differences, the test values are transformed into the strength value when the moisture content is 12%, and compared with the corresponding results in the existing literature. The results show that the tensile strength along the grain of bamboo is the best when the moisture content is about 12%;The existence of bamboo nodes weakens the tensile strength along the grain of bamboo sheets to a certain extent;The tensile strength along the grain of Phyllostachys pubescens with bamboo nodes and without bamboo nodes are 185.54 MPa and 156.63 MPa respectively.
