摘  要:目前SAC305预成型焊片大部分依赖进口,主要原因之一是国内SAC305的轧制生产工艺尚未成熟.论文系统论述了SAC305的轧制工艺,为SAC305预成型焊片的产业化生产提供理论依据和技术支持.论文对SAC305合金的压下规程进行了设计,并在室温下按设计的压下规程进行10道次轧制,使用金相显微镜和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)研究了不同轧制道次下对SAC305合金的表面形貌和厚度的影响,并分析了轧制10道次时样品的焊接性能.结果表明轧制道次为10道次时,样品的抗拉强度、屈服强度、延伸率变化在合理范围内,平均最大润湿力为3.41mN,以上指标均已达到SAC305预成型焊片的轧制带要求.In recent years,most of solder preform depends on import.The main reason is that the domestic production technology is not mature.In this paper,the rolling process of SAC305 is systematically discussed,which provides theoretical basis and technical support for its industrial production.The reduction rules of SAC305 alloy are designed,and we carry out 10 passes rolling according to the designed reduction procedure at room temperature.The influence of surface morphology and thickness of SAC305 alloy is studied at different rolling passes through scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and metallurgical microscope.The weldability of the sample with 10 passes rolling is analyzed.The results show that the changes of tensile strength,yield strength and elongation of sample with 10 times is within a reasonable range,and the average maximum wetting force is 3.41 mN.The above indexes have met the rolling strip requirements of SAC305 solder preforms.
