摘　　要：以江苏南京溧水区的一个小镇为调研点,借助访谈法对覆盖该镇区全域的一个国家级农业技术产业示范区进行案例研究,以三螺旋为理论指导并从中提炼出分析框架,通过分析发现:在平台建设初期政府一直处于主导地位;由于服务型政府理念的兴起和理性“经济人”假设推动政府功能发生延展,“公共服务者”和“公共投资商”角色形态开始显露。最后,政府与其他主体互构形成成熟的功能耦合网络,带领园区对整个社会实现递归效应。The article takes a small town in Lishui district,Nanjing,Jiangsu province as the research site,and uses interview methods to conduct a case study of a national agricultural technology industry demonstration zone covering the entire town area.The theory of the triple helix is used to guide and extract the contents of this article.Analyzing the framework,the result is that the government has always been in a dominant position in the initial stage of platform construction;due to the rise of the concept of service-oriented government and the assumption of rational “economic man”to promote the extension of government functions,the role of“public service provider”and“public investor”has revealed.Finally,the government and other subjects mutually construct a mature functional coupling network,leading the park to achieve a recursive effect on the entire society.
