摘　　要：产学研合作模式下,高校人才培养受社会主体发展趋势影响,制约了高校服务社会效能的发挥。文章通过分析当前产学研合作模式下制约发挥高校社会效能的影响因素,重点研究了提升高校服务社会效能的有效策略,以期为充分发挥高校社会服务职能提供有益思路。Under the mode of industry-University-Research cooperation,the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities is influenced by the development trend of social subjects,which restricts the performance of colleges and universities in serving the society.By analyzing the factors that restrict the effectiveness of colleges and universities under the current mode of industry-University-research cooperation,this paper focuses on the effective strategies to improve the effectiveness of colleges and universities in the service of society,so as to provide beneficial ideas for the full play of the social service functions of colleges and universities.
