基于常态化学习背景下的高校基层党建研究

摘　　要：高校党员常态化学习势在必行,它有利于基层党组织统一党员思想、党员坚定信念;有利于党员明辨是非、坚持原则;有利于党员学以致用、持之以恒;有利于党员敢于担当、做好表率。高校是培养社会主义事业建设者和接班人的重要场所,党员学习中还存在着诸多问题:在一定程度上还存在新的表现形式的官僚主义和形式主义;理论学习不透、领悟不深,自主学习意识不强;学习、思考与行动脱节犹存,学习效果不佳。为有效解决这些问题,高校基层党组织要采取相应对策。以活动为载体,力戒官僚主义和形式主义,促使高校党员学习常态化;提高政治站位,用好学习平台,养成高校党员常态化学习习惯。树立典型,打造影响力,培养高校党员常态化学习意识;建章立制,采用更加灵活的学习方式,让高校党员常态化学习见成效。It is imperative to normalize the study of Party members in colleges and universities.It is conducive to the unity of Party members'thoughts and the firm belief of Party members in grassroots Party organizations.It helps Party members distinguish right from wrong and adhere to principles;It helps Party members to apply what they have learned and persevere;It will help Party members take responsibility and set a good example.Colleges and universities are important places to train builders and successors of the socialist cause.There are still many problems in Party learning:bureaucratism and formalism of new forms of expression still exist to some extent;Theoretical learning is not thorough,understanding is not deep,independent learning consciousness is not strong;the disconnection between learning,thinking and action still exists,and the learning effect is not good.In order to solve these problems effectively,the party organizations at the grass-roots level in colleges and universities should take corresponding countermeasures.Taking activities as the carrier,we should refrain from bureaucratism and formalism,and encourage Party members in colleges and universities to normalize their study.We should improve our political standing,make good use of the learning platform,and form a regular learning habit for Party members in colleges and universities.Set up the model,build the influence,train the university Party member's normal learning consciousness;Establish rules and regulations,adopt a more flexible way of learning,so that the university Party members of normal chemistry practice results.
