摘 要:为掌握煤粉锅炉分隔屏过热器的磨损特性,实现其防磨损运行优化,分别构建330MW煤粉锅炉整体模型及其分隔屏管道全尺寸精细模型,以获得在不同运行参数(锅炉负荷、燃烧器及分离燃尽风竖直摆角和磨煤机运行状况)下分隔屏管道磨损速率及磨损区域分布等信息。结果表明,分隔屏弯管处磨损速率要远高于直管,且易磨损区域呈点状分布,而直管上呈条块状分布;锅炉负荷对分隔屏磨损程度影响最为敏感,在中高负荷范围,负荷每增加5%分隔屏最大磨损速率增加超过28%;分隔屏最大磨损速率随燃烧器及燃尽风竖直摆角增大而增大,且燃尽风摆角影响程度相对较高;运行4台磨煤机时,磨煤机运行状况所引起分隔屏最大磨损速率的变化幅度在10%以内,且要优于同负荷下5台磨全开的工况。To grasp the wear characteristics of division panel superheater of pulverized-coal boilers and realize the operating optimization of its wear-reducing,integral model of the 330MW pulverized-coal boiler and fine full-scale model of division panel superheater were constructed in this paper to obtain the wear rate and wear area distribution of the pipes of division panel superheater under different operating parameters(boiler load,the vertical swing angle of burner and separate over fire air,the operating condition of coal mills).The results show that wear rate of the elbow of division panel superheater is much higher than that of the straight pipe,and the wear-prone areas are distributed in dots,while the straight pipe is distributed in blocks;the boiler load is the most sensitive to the degree of wear of division panel superheater,in the medium and high load range,the maximum wear rate of partition screen increases by more than 28%for every 5%increase in load;the maximum wear rate of division panel superheater increases with the increase of the vertical swing angle of burner and over fire air,and the effect of the over fire air is relatively high.When running four coal mills,the maximum wear rate of division panel caused by the operating condition of coal mills is within 10%,and it is better than the five coal mills fully operated under the same load.
