见血飞种壳化学成分的分离与鉴定

摘　　要：目的首次对见血飞(Caesalpinia cucullata Roxb.)种壳的化学成分进行研究。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、ODS柱色谱及制备型高效液相色谱等方法进行分离纯化,通过理化性质和波谱学数据确定化合物结构。结果分离得到12个化合物,分别鉴定为藨草素A(scirpusin A,1)、藨草素B(scirpusin B,2)、白藜芦醇(resveratrol,3)、白皮杉醇(piceatannol,4)、阿魏酸(ferulic acid,5)、对香豆酸(p-coumaric acid,6)、没食子酸甲酯(methyl gallate,7)、没食子酸(gallic acid,8)、香草酸(vanillic acid,9)、原儿茶酸(protocatechuic acid,10)、对羟基苯甲酸(hydroxybenzoic acid,11)和水杨酸(salicylic acid,12)。结论化合物1、2、4、6为首次从云实属植物中分离得到,化合物5、9、11、12为首次从见血飞植物中分离得到。Objective To investigate the chemical constituents from the seed shell of Caesalpinia cuculalta for the first time.Methods The constituents were isolated and purified by means of repeated chromatography on silica gel,ODS and preparative HPLC,and the structures were elucidated in the light of physicochemical properties and NMR data.Results Twelve compounds were isolated and identified as scirpusin A(1),scirpusin B(2),resveratrol(3),piceatannol(4),ferulic acid(5),p-coumaric acid(6),methyl gallate(7),gallic acid(8),vanillic acid(9),protocatechuic acid(10),hydroxybenzoic acid(11)and salicylic acid(12),respectively.Conclusion Compounds 1,2,4 and 6 are the first time obtained from genus Caesalpinia,and compounds 5,9,11 and 12 are the first time isolated from C.cucullata.
