摘 要:为了解江苏地区猪附红细胞体基因的流行变异情况,以自然感染附红细胞体的猪为试验对象,利用PCR技术扩增其部分16S rRNA基因序列,并对其系统进化进行分析。结果表明:样品均扩增出695 bp左右的特异性条带。序列分析表明:附红细胞体分离株PE1、PE2的核苷酸同源性为76.4%。系统进化分析显示,两分离株的亲缘关系较远;分离株PE1与中国、日本猪细小支原体分离株的亲缘性关系最近;分离株PE2与意大利绿念珠菌支原体分离株的亲缘性关系最近。本研究为掌握江苏地区猪附红细胞体的流行及系统进化情况奠定了基础。In order to analyze the gene diversity of Eperythrozoon suis isolates from Jiangsu province,the naturally infected pigs were used as research target.The partial 16S rRNA genes were amplified by PCR method and the nucleotide sequence comparison and phylogenetic analysis were performed.The results showed that the16 S rRNA gene sequence of samples was about 695 bp.Based on 16S rRNA gene sequence analysis,the nucleotide homology between isolate PE1 and PE2 was 76.4%.The phylogenetic analysis indicated that the isolate PE1 was not closely related to PE2.In the phylogenetic tree,the isolate PE1 was more close to Mycoplasma parvum Chinese and Japanese isolates,PE2 was more close to Caudidatus Mycoplasma turicensis Italian isolate.This study provided evidence for the prevalence and phylogeny of Eperythrozoon suis in Jiangsu province.
