摘　　要：锁骨尤文氏肉瘤很少见,文献报道的手术方法为锁骨全切术,并认为不需要重建锁骨也能获得正常的肩关节功能。本文报道1例锁骨尤文氏肉瘤,27岁男性患者,并进行了全锁骨切除术。相关的文献报告进行了综述,目的是评估全锁骨切除术后肩关节功能,分析此种方法治疗锁骨尤文氏肉瘤的手术疗效。本文中病人获得满意的肩关节功能,日常生活无障碍。因此,对于原发性锁骨恶性肿瘤,可以应用锁骨全部切除手术。Ewing’s sarcoma of the clavicle is rare.The surgical procedures reported in the literature is total clavicular resection,while it is not believed that reconstruction of the clavicle is necessary to obtain normal shoulder joint function.We report a case of Ewing's sarcoma of the clavicle,a 27-year-old male patient who underwent total clavicular resection.Our purpose is to evaluate the function of the shoulder joint after total clavicular resection and analyze the surgical outcome of this method in the treatment of Ewing's sarcoma of the clavicle.In this article,the patient obtains satisfactory shoulder joint function and has no obstacles in daily life.Therefore,total clavicle resection is proper treatment for primary malignant tumors of the clavicle.
