摘　　要：在新时期的发展中,人力资源信息化管理作为当前企业必须要开展的工作,成为企业管理工作的发展趋势,在信息化管理中,可以为企业创造更大的经济效益,增强企业的核心竞争力。烟草企业在人力资源管理中所面临的挑战更为严峻,因此,本文通过对新形势下烟草企业人力资源管理现状进行分析,探究推动人力资源信息化管理的措施,为企业的发展提供必要参考。In the development of the new era,human resource informationization management is the currently urgent work for enterprises and has become the development trend of enterprise management.In informationization management,it can create greater economic benefits for the enterprise and strengthen the core competitiveness of the enterprise.Tobacco enterprises face more severe challenges in human resource management.Therefore,this article analyzes the current situation of human resource management of tobacco enterprise in the new situation,explores measures to promote human resource informationization management,and provides necessary references for the development of enterprises.
