摘　　要：基层教务员工作是高校教学管理运行工作中的重要环节,其工作开展的好坏事关高校院系的教学活动和教务管理工作的质量高低。本文在分析新时代高校基层教务员工作存在的主要问题的基础上,提出了提升高校基层教务员工作能力的策略。The work of grassroots educational administrators is an important link in the operation of teaching management in colleges and universities.The quality of the work is related to the teaching activities of colleges’departments and the quality of educational administration.Based on the analysis of the main problems existing in the work of grassroots educational administrators in colleges and universities in the new era,this paper puts forward the strategies to improve the working ability of the grassroots educational administrators in colleges and universities.
