摘 要:教育科研素养是教师探索教育规律、破解教育难题、引领教育创新的重要素养,是课堂创新改革实施的科学保障。为准确把握我国中小学创客教师科研素养发展现状,本研究深入分析国内相关学者的文献成果,科学构建创客教师科研素养评估框架,对中部某省参与“国培计划”的205名中小学创客教师进行了调查分析。研究结果表明,创客教师的科研意识和科研道德普遍较高,科研能力和科研知识水平较低;不同学校类型、不同学历、不同科研培训次数的教师群体在科研素养方面存在显著性差异;科研素养各个维度之间相关性显著。通过研究发现,文章从培育科研心态、实施专项教研培训、建立科研共同体及健全保障及评价体系四个方面对提升中小学创客教师科研素养培养提出策略建议。Scientific research literacy of education is an important literacy for teachers to explore education rules,solve education difficulties,lead education innovation,and it is also the scientific guarantee of the implementation of classroom innovation reform.In order to grasp the current situation of scientific research literacy of maker teachers in our country’s primary and secondary schools precisely,this research has made a deep analysis of the literature results of related scholars in China,made a scientific construction of the evaluation framework of scientific research literacy of makers teachers,and done an investigation of 205 maker teachers in primary and secondary schools of a certain province in central China who have participated in“National Training Program”.The research results have shown that the scientific research consciousness and scientific research ethics of maker teachers are rather high in general,and,the scientific research ability and scientific research knowledge level are rather low;teachers’groups of different school types,of different educational backgrounds,of different training times of scientific research show obvious differences in the aspect of scientific research literacy;the relativity among different dimensions of scientific research literacy is obvious.Based on the research,this paper has put forward strategies and suggestions of improving scientific research literacy training of maker teachers in primary and secondary schools from four aspects,namely,cultivating scientific research mentality,implementing special teaching and research training,establishing scientific research community,and improving and guaranteeing the evaluation system.
