摘  要:圆筒型FPSO控制方向性差,且拖轮无法顶推,需要牵引拖航,使其出坞作业难度大、风险高。以某在建圆筒型FPSO为例,明确了圆筒型FPSO出坞作业的环境条件、组织机构、会议及培训要求、作业前的各项准备工作。在出坞方案里,重点论述了圆筒型FPSO出坞作业关键技术,主要包含潮位的计算与选择、拖轮的计算与牵引控制、出坞牵引及倒缆作业、隔离驳靠泊及码头靠泊等。The cylindrical FPSO has poor directional control and the tug cannot push it,so it needs towing,that makes undocking operation difficult and risky.This paper takes a cylindrical FPSO under construction as an example,identifies clearly the cylindrical FPSO undocking operation environment conditions,organization,requirements of meeting and training,preparation prior to operation.In the undocking operation plan,the critical technology of the cylindrical FPSO is detailed described,including tide level calculation and selection,tug calculation and towing control,undocking towing and spring line work,isolation barge berthing and dock berthing,etc.
