摘 要:胜利海上埕岛油田与陆上油田相比具有不同的环境和工艺,其空间小、平台寿命有限、流程短、特殊配制系统、湿度大、井距大。目前已有的聚合物溶解时间长、颗粒不均匀、流动性差、黏弹性低,无法满足油藏聚合物驱要求。因此针对海上亟需大幅度提高采收率的特点,通过微观模拟和剪切试验筛选出适合海上油田的聚合物类型为速溶高黏弹聚合物。针对海上特点,建立吸潮率、颗粒研磨率、热稳定性、岩心多次滤过保留率等评价方法。通过不同吸潮率聚合物溶解实验发现,聚合物的吸潮率<5.0%时,对吸潮后的聚合物进行过滤因子测试<2.0,吸潮后的聚合物有较好的溶解性。研究了聚合物颗粒含量对吸潮率的影响,小于0.15 mm的细粉含量>3%时,聚合物30 min的吸潮率>5%。研究了颗粒含量对设备的适配性,大于1.0 mm的粗粉含量>4.0%时,聚合物研磨率较低,不利于设备对聚合物的研磨。聚合物具有6个月的热稳定性和多孔介质滤过黏度保留率>90%时,能保证在海上大井距下有较高的驱油效率。对速溶黏弹聚合物进行了上述评价,结果表明速溶高黏弹聚合物满足海上油藏聚合物驱要求。Offshore Chengdao Oilfield in Shengli Oilfield has different environment and technology compared with onshore oilfields,including small space,limited platform life,short process,special preparation system,large humidity and large well spacing.At present,there are many factors such as long dissolution time,uneven particles,poor fluidity and low viscoelasticity,which can not meet the requirements of polymer flooding of reservoirs.Therefore,in view of the characteristics of the urgent need to significantly improve the recovery rate offshore,the instant soluble high viscoelastic polymer was selected as the polymer type suitable for offshore oilfield by micro-simulation and shear test.According to the offshore characteristics,the evaluation methods of moisture absorption rate,particle grinding rate,thermal stability and core multiple filtration retention rate were established.Through the dissolution experiment of different hygroscopic polymers,it is found that when the the moisture absorption rate of the hygroscopic polymer is less than 5.0%,the filtration factor test of the hygroscopic polymer is less than 2.0,and the hygroscopic polymer has good dissolubility.The influence of the content of polymer particles on the hygroscopic polymer was studied.When the content of fine powder less than 0.15 mm is greater than 3%,the the moisture absorption rate of the hygroscopic polymer in 30 min is more than 5%.The adaptability of the particle content to the equipment was also studied.When the content of coarse powder greater than 1.0 mm is greater than 4.0%,the polymer grinding rate is low,which is not conducive to polymer grinding by the equipment.When the polymer has the thermal stability for 6 months long and the retention rate of filtration viscosity of porous media is more than 90%,higher oil displacement efficiency can be guaranteed for large offshore well distance spacing.The evaluation results show that the high viscosity polymer can meet the requirements of polymer flooding in offshore reservoir.
